Founder & Facilitator, Serve4Change
Jeff Harvey is an experienced humanitarian servant, administrator, public
speaker, musician, and media producer dedicated to creating positive change.
The vision for Serve4Change was born during his year as a volunteer teacher in South India and Nepal, where he witnessed firsthand the transformative power of education and community collaboration. With over a decade of experience in poverty alleviation efforts and serving the immigrant crisis along the US/Mexico border, Jeff has been a passionate advocate for underprivileged communities, families and individuals. Known affectionately as “Mr. Jeff” by his students, he has supported families facing adversity, worked closely with the homeless, a home for disabled children, and incarcerated men in both the US and Mexico.
Through his initiatives, Jeff champions positive change, advocating for collaboration and compassion as pathways to uplift communities and transform lives, emphasizing the importance of empathy and solidarity in overcoming societal challenges.
Jeff inspires hope and connection by encouraging individuals to come together in the spirit of mutual support and shared purpose. By leading workshops on character development, he empowers young people to embody global virtues such as kindness, honesty, responsibility, discipline, courage, and whole-life stewardship. Jeff believes that by partnering with community leaders and fostering a culture of excellence and compassion, we can empower individuals to effect lasting change in their communities.
